Fact and Fiction
Because IPCC is a work of fiction. With a few notable exceptions in the cases of historical figures the characters in Because IPCC are fictional.
The IPCC process described is NOT fictional. The IPCC methodology portrayed in Because IPCC is based on that described by the IPCC itself, as well as discussed in the excellent books In The Eye of the Storm: The autobiography of Sir John Houghton, and Keeping Our Cool: Canada in a Warming World by Andrew Weaver, among others.
